The system of economic justice in Belarus includes eight economic courts – one for each of areas and the city of Minsk, and also Supreme Economic Court. Thanks to such small system of economic justice uniform judiciary practice is supported. The question is only in its knowledge.

Nevertheless, to represent interests of the enterprise should the lawyer, specialising on questions of the economic right as it has the strong specificity. Since April, 2012 to represent interests of the enterprises in economic courts are allowed only the advocates (barristers) or workers of the given enterprises. Other private lawyers don t have such right.

Claim presentation in economic court or objections on the claim should be prepared only after careful analysis of judgements on similar  cases.
